We are please to inform that we offer free worldwide shipping with Fedex ®.

Orders typically arrive in three (3) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). The destination country may subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levy orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RING SIZES

All of our rings are standard US sizes, if you are not sure of your ring size we recommend you going to your local jeweler to get your ring measured. If you have doubts about your size please emial us at [email protected] and we will gladly help you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any portion of your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to accept full priced, unworn merchandise returned within 7 days for store credit only, excluding the cost of shipping, of any item returned in its original condition.
In order to initiate your return, please email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and note your Invoice Number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the body of your email.
Once you have received your RAN, print the email and include it within your return/exchange package.

Please note: Returns/exchanges that have not been issued a RAN will not be accepted under any circumstances. Return packages received past the 30-day timeframe are accepted at our sole discretion.

We strongly recommend you use a secure method of delivery and insure your return/exchange FedEx® package. We reserve the right to not accept any returns or exchanges that are not in their original condition. In the event that your return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.

Please note that the return costs of $20 will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
